We are seeking someone who can assist in the efficient operation of the accounting department by monitoring accounts receivables and maintaining appropriate balances in these accounts. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate and we provide ongoing corporate training programs and individual coaching.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Runs monthly guest statements and accounts receivable schedules.
• Reconciles and deposits service and parts receipts, including charge cards, on a daily basis.
• Receipts all monies received from vehicle sales, checks for money due, and provides drafts for dealer signature. 
• Maintains accurate and current account balances.
• Prepares titles and related paper work for wholesaling vehicles.
• Prepares cash deposits and fills out the cash control sheet daily.
• Reconciles statements and follows up collections as necessary.
• Completes necessary paperwork for CDRACS rental program.
• Performs background checks on credit applications. Gives approvals for current charges.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to interact verbally with guests and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and guests and to exceed their expectations.
• Ability to perform data entry and calculation responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills needed. 
• Ability to reason, formulate, and implement action plans that will benefit the corporation effectively.



Job Description


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Associates degree in accounting and/or two years of experience in accounts and receivables.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
